Privacy policy

LGTB processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.

Processing purposes

LGTB collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

Legal basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1. [(a) consent,] [(b) (necessary for the performance of a contract),] [(c) (necessary to comply with a legal obligation)], [(f) (necessary for the fulfillment of our legitimate interest to conduct business)] of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Transfer to third parties

If this is necessary for the realization of the aforementioned purposes, the customer's personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly affiliated with LGTB or with any other partner of LGTB.

LGTB guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data.

Retention period

Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be kept for the period necessary to meet legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data

The customer has the right to access his personal data at any time and may have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, have their processing restricted and object to the processing of personal data relating to him on the basis of Article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the customer is asked to:    

  • update the settings of their customer account; and/or

Direct marketing

The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Complaint

The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (rue du Printing 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
